In order for us to provide a quotation, we will need the following information via e-mail:
1. Size of item (i.e. 70x100mm)
2. Quantity of each item (i.e. 100 invitations, 200 gift enclosures, etc.)
3. Number of ink colours
4. Name of paper and grammage [if you are not using one of Our Papers, we will need to confirm the
suitability of your paper for letterpress printing]
5. Any additional finishes or elements that you would like
[i.e. tissue-lined envelopes, round corners, foiling, etc.]
6. Required delivery date
Based on this information, we will prepare a written quotation, which will be e-mailed to you.
Our terms of business:
- Once our quotation is accepted, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to commence work on your
order. The balance is due when the order is completed (we will notify you via email). When the
outstanding balance reflects in our account, we will release your order for delivery.
- Electronic transfer can be made into our account

A note on printing production time: from the time the final proof is signed off, printing
